Natasha Pollak, MD

Natasha Pollak, MD, is an assistant professor of otolaryngology and vice-chair for quality and outcomes in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Pollak completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in electrical engineering at the University of Southern California; medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin; residency at the University of Missouri–Columbia; and fellowship in otology and neurotology at the Paparella Ear, Head and Neck Institute in Minneapolis. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Pennsylvania Academy of Otolaryngology. She has published several book chapters and research articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and is active both locally and nationally in the otolaryngology community. Her interests include endoscopic and minimally-invasive ear surgery, cochleovestibular physiology, hearing restoration, intratympanic therapy, ototoxicity, human-machine interfaces, neural prostheses, and other applications of engineering in otolaryngology. She lives with her husband and two small children in Abington, Pennsylvania.
